消費者權益 (7天鑑賞期) 7-Day Viewing Period

  • 享有 7 天鑑賞期(猶豫期)之權益 7-Day Inspection Period starts from the day following receipt.
  • 鑑賞期並非試用期,退回商品須維持全新狀態 Inspection period is not a trial period. Items must be in brand new condition.
  • 包裝完整且無損毀,如需退換我方將視情況收取整新費用 Original packaging must be intact. Handling fees apply for damaged items.
  • 開箱請「全程錄影」以保障雙方權益 Please record the unboxing process to protect your rights.

機器類保固說明 Machine Warranty

  • 保固對象:無線拋光機、高壓清洗機、吹水機等機器類商品 Applicable to: Cordless Polishers, Pressure Washers, etc.
  • 非保固範圍:人為因素(如進水、摔機、誤用電源等)損壞 Exclusions: Damage from water, drops, or misuse.
  • 運費分擔方式:寄回運費由消費者負擔;寄還由原廠負擔 Shipping: Buyer pays to send in; OLIMA pays to send back.

收件後 7 天內若有品質瑕疵,所有運費由我方負擔。
Defects within 7 days: OLIMA covers all shipping costs.
